O'Rourke Teachers Get Motivated!
This summer teachers attended professional development. One of our favorite events was the speaker Annette Breaux. Annette Breaux is a former teacher who now serves as the Teacher Induction Coordinator for Nicholls University in South Louisiana. She is the author of several books including "101 Answers for New Teachers and Their Mentors." She has co-authored a book with Dr. Harry K. Wong and has recently co-authored a book with Dr. Todd Whitaker. Annette speaks to educators across the country, reminding them that they truly have chosen the most noble pf all professions-teaching! She explains wonderful techniques on how to succeed with classroom management.
