The Building-Based Student Support Team (BBSST) is a problem-solving team implemented at the local school level to discuss issues related to the specific needs of teachers and students. The team offers teachers assistance in resolving problems both academic and behavioral in nature. It is a regular education initiative mandated under the Lee v Macon Consent Decree.
